Placing an order

• Do I have to sign up on the website to make an order?

  You don't have to sign up to make an order, but to place an order, you will need to provide some personal information.

• Can I place a phone order?

  You can place online orders only, but you can call a mobile phone if you need any help.

• I've never ordered online before. What if something goes wrong?

  Placing an order is a simple and user-friendly process. You will get all the information you need on every step. After you finish your design, you need to make sure that all information is correct, and that there are no spelling or punctuation errors. Your design will be edited only in the most critical cases. We advise you to pay attention and check your designs before you send them to printing.

• Can I order several print runs or products at once?

  Yes, you can. It would simplify the order process and make it less expensive.
  After you add an item to your cart, press Continue Shopping, and you will be able to add more items. Finally, when you are finished with your order, you can check it out from your cart.

• Can I edit designs after I've placed my order?

  No. After you placed your order you can't make any changes.
  That's why you need to approve a design before you add it to the cart. We don't check designs and we don't edit them. That's why you need to check your designs beforehand. If everything is correct, approve your order and continue with checkout.

• Can I combine my orders after I place them?

  No, you can't combine orders after you have placed them.

• What are the meanings of the order statuses?

  New — we are processing your order.
  Waiting for the Payment — we are waiting for your payment.
  Preflight — we are checking your design.
  Design Creation — our specialist is working on a design for you.
  Waiting for Client's Response — one of our specialists left a comment on the order feed, and we are waiting for your response.
  Printing — order is ready for printing.
  Post Printing Processing – order has been printed and is in post printed processing.
  Completed — order has been packed and is ready to be sent.
  At Pick-up Point — order has been delivered to a pick-up point.
  Shipped — order has been shipped, you can track it using its number.
  Delivered — order has been delivered to you.

Designs & Work with them

• I have a design. Can you print it?

  Yeah, just pick a product you are interested in and press Upload Design. Make sure that your design falls under our requirements. You can find them here.
  If your design doesn't fall under our requirements, our system won't let you to submit it and will show you what you need to fix. After you fix those errors you will need to upload your design.

• Safety line is the same as cutting line?

  No, safety line (red dashed line) is marking safety zone. Safety zone contains vital information that won't be cutted off. You can learn more about it here.

• Do you check spelling?

  No, we don't check spelling and don't make any changes to the designs you've created. That's why we want you to pay attention to the design you approve of. Before your design is sent to print, you can go to the page where you can once again check your design, make necessary changes, and correct your mistakes.

• Do you save designs created in the editor after I place my order?

  No, we don't. After you pay for an order, you can ask to send you the design you have created in the order feed. The design will be uploaded to the feed. If you would like to order a design once again, you would be able to upload this design and make your order.

• I ordered a design several months ago, can you repeat it?

  No, we don't save your designs. The design will be uploaded to the feed. If you would like to order a design once again, you would be able to upload this design and make your order.

Delivery & Payment

• How long does it take for delivery to arrive?

  Most orders are ready in 3 hours. However, delivery time depends on the delivery option and address you picked. The fastest way to get your order is to take it from our pickup point. You can read more about this on the payment and delivery page.

• Do you ship abroad?

  Yes, but we take an additional fee for this. On this page, you can read more about this.

• What payment options do you have?

  You can pay for your order with Visa and MasterCard. Legal persons can use cashless payments.

• Can I pay with cash upon delivery?

  Yes, you can.

• Can I pick the delivery time and date?

  Yes, you will need to pick the delivery time and date in the notes. We will deliver your order at the time slot you have entered, and a delivery man will call you before he arrives. Attention! If you don't answer this call, delivery will be scheduled for another day.
