It is coating of paper with plastic film. Film for lamination may be different in thickness and texture. The glossy film may be too shiny, but it makes colors more brilliant and lines look sharper. Matte paper is more expensive but less shiny. You can leave marks with a pencil on it, and they will be easier to erase.

Order came two days later due to the holidays. Other than that I've been always pretty happy with their work, mostly I've been ordering B2B-printing promotional materials and gifts. I like that I can create my own designs and that I don't need to hire anyone else if I can't pick one of the templates. I can request designer services using the company website and get a complete design based on my idea in no time.
